The objective of this project was to fill the gap in the Albanian market of souvenirs where aesthetics, usability and price often can not be found in a single product.
The increase of foreign tourists in Albania in recent years has brought about the increase in demand for a variety of new products that would follow both traditional design and modern trends. Arjela was commissioned to create a collection of such products, required to be of modern usage and of traditional value.

Tradition and market research.
Strategy setter for the concept line and product range.
Sourcing of the fabrics, yearns and accessories.
Designing the collection based on the tradition motifs and
customs, preserving the tradition way of embroidery.
Designing flat sketch and measures of references.
Training 10 artisans on building the first prototypes.
Supervision of the production quality. Costing of the collection.
Marketing / Advertising:
Promoter of the project, products, and hand craft ability of the local artisans.
